Updates.....

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! Lots of great food and awesome family! We have all been doing pretty good! I've been staying very busy with working and school, but I keep telling myself that it will all be worth it when I'm finished with school! I'm planning to switch to night shift in January to hopefully make some extra money to save for when we are ready to buy a house! I'm actually pretty excited about it! Weird! D.J. is growing like a weed! The bottom picture below is when I walked down the hall and found him standing there for the 1st time about 2 weeks ago! He is almost fearless and is already trying to let go while standing up. I can't believe that he is almost 8 months old! It's crazy! I hope that all of our friends and family had a great Thanksgiving!

Doctor Update!

DJ had his 6 month check-up today and is a healthy growing boy! He is 17 lbs which is somewhere around the 20th percentile, and 25 inches long which is the 3rd percentile. DJ is a short little guy like his mom! The doctor said he looks great though!

Our Family Updates...

D.J. is 6 1/2 months old now and doing wonderful! I'm not sure what his current height and weight are but we are going to the doctor this wednesday! D.J. is sitting up by himself now and doing great! He is also getting up on his hands and knees and rocking, trying to crawl. He kind of does an army crawl which is really cute. D.J. has gotten both of his bottom teeth in now and one of the top is trying to come in right now. As for Donny and me.....I'm staying really busy working full time, going to school part time, and of course, being a mommy! But, I'm still loving every minute! I'm also doing pretty well with my Scentsy business! It's something that I'm really loving! As for Donny, he is doing about the same...work and car projects! Check back in a couple of days. I will get our doctor updates after we go this week! Love you all!!!

Scentsy

Kalahari Resort

While we were in Ohio on our vacation, we spent 3 days at Kalahari Resort which has the Nation's LARGEST indoor waterpark! It was a blast and I can't wait to go back!!!

Did I mention how delicious the Strawberry Margaritas are?! (Or were?!)

The Wartluft Farm

While we were in Ohio for Vacation, we spent a beautiful Sunday afternoon at Donny's grandparents' Farm for a cookout! It was so nice to see where his Dad had grown up! While his dad was growing up, it was a working Dairy farm on about 180 acres! I finally got to meet the whole Wartluft Family and we made sure to get the 4 Generation picture w/ the 4 Donalds!
